Please be advised that a 20% deposit will be required to secure a booking and the remaining 80% charge will be needed 6 weeks before the 1st day of your rental. The full charge will be needed if booking with less than a month's notice.

 

Refundable security deposit of £200 required prior to arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

 

Cancellation refunds (with the exception of the deposit which is not refundable) is as follows: 

Up to 6 weeks - no cancellation charge

4 to 6 weeks - 50% of rate refunded

2 to 4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded

Less than 2 weeks - no refund
