Things To Do
Along the Costa Del Sol there are thousands of things that are interesting and fun and will make your holiday memorable, the best thing to do is head out and discover them for yourselves. Make your way along the small costal paths discovering local restaurants, head up to the hills and escape the heat or swan around the towns relishing being in the heart of the Spanish communitity.

Mijas
Up in the hills above Elviria, you will find the small and rustic town of Mijas. Cars can only go so far here, so be prepared to discover the town on foot and get lost among the white wash walls of the town or take a donkey ride down the streets passing the number of shops and tapas bars.
Mijas offers fantastic views of the Coast and is well worth a visit.

Markets
There are street markets to be found in nearly every town at the weekends and many can be found during the week in High Season.
The markets sell a huge range of things from local food, hand made crafts, clothes and even a number of knock off items, look out for the pairs of 'Roy Band' sunglasses and 'Ralph Lauron' shirts.

Puerto Banus
Marking the end of the Golden Mile you will find Puerto Banus. Built in 1970 by a local property developer, Puerto Banus is known for being one of the most luxirious ports in the area.
Here you will find some of the most luxury brands of shops, yachts and cars all within metres of each other. To many Puerto Banus is the Spanish 'Rodeo Drive' and is the perfect place to go for a cocktail and to take in the sights of the rich and famous.

Gibraltar
If you fancy going on a small day trip why not head 1hour down the coast and visit Gibraltar.
Gibraltar is a British Overseas Territory located on the southern end of the Iberian Peninsula at the entrance of the Mediterranean. Within it's 2.3 square miles it holds up to 30,000 British residents and is a hub of business and leisure. It's the UK but with great weather all year around.
